How To Get Here and Getting Around The Area

By Car or Motorbike

M5 Junction 27, Follow A361 all the way bypassing Barnstaple. At Lake Roundabout take the second exit onto A361. Then carry straight on crossing the Taw Bridge. At the traffic signals turn left onto the A361. Go straight through Braunton. At the Mullacott Cross roundabout take 2nd descend a long hill. When it begins to flatten out a line of large houses and B & B’s are passed on the left. Coastal Fringes is reached a little further on at the T junction between St Brannocks Road and the quiet residential street of St Brannocks Park Road, on the left hand side of the road. Pull into our own private car park.



By Train

Fast train services from all parts of the country reach Exeter St David’s Change there for the scenic Barnstaple Line (Tarka Line) on reaching Barnstaple. The connecting bus to Ilfracombe is available opposite the station entrance door. This stops right outside our door. Paddington Station to Coastal Fringes takes only about 4 hours. Why not give the car and the driver a well earned rest!





By Coach and Bus

A National Express coach service runs to Ilfracombe from London Victoria Coach Station, with connections en-route from many UK towns and cities. Buses to many destinations in North Devon run from the bus shelter across the road from Coastal Fringes. Places served include Woolacombe, Barnstaple, Appledore and Westward Ho! Services to Lynton and Lynmouth and Combe Martin run from the town centre a mere 5 minutes walk away from Coastal Fringes.
